F.O.X Threads API — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the F.O.X Threads API application (the “Application”), operated for the F.O.X brand by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ESTATE CAPITAL” / ТОВ «ІСТЕЙТ КЕПІТАЛ», registration code 41148920.
1. Purpose of the Application
The Application is used to support the official F.O.X presence on Threads. Its functions may include publishing content, reading and managing replies and mentions, searching relevant public Threads content, accessing permitted public profile information, and reviewing post insights where authorized by Meta.
2. Authorized Use
The Application is intended for authorized F.O.X personnel and approved users only. Users must access and use the Application lawfully, in accordance with these Terms, Meta Platform Terms, Threads Terms, and any applicable policies or laws.
3. Meta and Threads
The Application uses Meta and Threads APIs. Meta and Threads are third-party services and are not operated or controlled by F.O.X. Access to their services may be subject to separate terms, policies, technical limitations, or changes introduced by Meta.
4. Data and Privacy
Use of the Application is also subject to the F.O.X Privacy Policy. F.O.X only intends to access and process data necessary for the permitted functions of the Application and the management of the F.O.X Threads presence.
5. Public Threads Content
Where permitted by the Threads API, the Application may access public Threads posts, public profile information, mentions, replies, and related metadata for the purposes of brand communication, community management, content discovery, and performance analysis.
6. Prohibited Use
The Application must not be used to violate the rights of others, circumvent Meta or Threads restrictions, collect data beyond authorized purposes, send unlawful or abusive communications, or perform any activity prohibited by applicable law or platform policies.
7. Intellectual Property
F.O.X trademarks, branding, content, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms do not grant any license except as necessary for authorized use of the Application.
8. Availability and Changes
The Application may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may also change as a result of updates to Meta or Threads APIs, policies, or technical requirements.
9. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. F.O.X does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services, including Meta or Threads.

11. Governing Law
