F.O.X Threads API — Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with the F.O.X Threads API application.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of data related to your use of the F.O.X Threads API application, send an email to info@foxnails.pro with the subject line F.O.X Threads API — Data Deletion Request.
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or interaction, for example your Threads username and, where applicable, a link to the relevant public Threads post or interaction.
What happens after your request
We will review the request, identify data controlled by F.O.X that is associated with the requesting user or interaction, and delete or anonymize that data where applicable and legally permitted.
If certain information must be retained to comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements, we may retain only the minimum information required for that purpose.
Meta and Threads data
The F.O.X Threads API application uses Meta and Threads APIs. Some information may be held directly by Meta or Threads and may not be controlled by F.O.X. Requests concerning data held by Meta or Threads may also need to be submitted directly through the applicable Meta or Threads privacy controls.
