F.O.X Marketing API — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the F.O.X Marketing API service operated by F.O.X nails (“F.O.X”, “we”, “us”). The service is intended for authorized F.O.X personnel and approved service providers to access and manage F.O.X advertising assets through Meta platform APIs and related business systems.
1. Authorized use
You may use F.O.X Marketing API only if you are authorized by F.O.X and only for legitimate business purposes related to F.O.X advertising, analytics, campaign management, and connected marketing operations.
2. Prohibited use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, misuse credentials, interfere with the service, use the service for unlawful purposes, or access data or advertising assets that you are not authorized to access.
3. Third-party platforms
F.O.X Marketing API may interact with third-party services including Meta platforms, Shopify, Supabase, and other authorized technology providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms, policies, and platform rules.
4. Data and privacy

5. Security
Access credentials, tokens, keys, and other authentication information must be kept confidential. F.O.X may restrict or revoke access where necessary to protect the service, connected accounts, or data.
6. Service changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when required for maintenance, security, compliance, platform changes, or business needs.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, F.O.X does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms or APIs.
